I know we are crazy! But we really need more room. Since Mobile homes are selling, better than single family homes right now,A. cheaper B. less taxes. We decided since our adoption was our main prioroty, and thats over and Daniels here. We would search for a larger home. David did alot of reasearch, and we decided what we could afford and still pay the morgage on this until it sells. We put an offer in yesterday, so we will see what happens next. If Daniel wasnt here, I would be terrified to move and do this. But I know this is the best decesion now, while we can get out of our Moblie home. I will miss it! If it wasnt for this house we would not be able to have affored our IVF loan, all our pregnacey loss expenses', Two 2.2 acre lots we intended on building a house out in the country, but sold to help us with our Adoption funds. We have paid cheap morgage, and were able to save, save, save. Now we have our family, we need more space to run, to store things, and have more then 3 people in our livingroom, to watch tv!
Dont want to get my hopes up on this house, but I am happy with putting our current home on the market!
Daniel update:
He is giving us kisses on the lips. Its never ending. We caught him kissing, Davids wood ducks and kissing a wooden bear on the fireplace. Every night and morning I'd watch him give lip kisses to his stuffed animals. I guess practicing. Now he is more than comforable with giving them to us all day long~
